The Cambridge Atomworks team had a fantastic finish at the Chariots of Fire relay race yesterday, which was fundraising for British Heart Foundation. The team completed the race in 1:10:22 and finished 14th out of 201 teams - a great achievement!

The team consisted of Alex Hempel, James Leybourn, Peter Haigh, Alejandra De Lara, Radwan Kheroua and Anuj Dubey, who ran (in that order) a distance of 2.9km each.

Alejandra is the spearhead and physical coach of our running team, which has been training for some time. On the day, Eugene Shwagearus did an excellent job of being their motivational coach.

Well done to everyone, it was a super team effort and a lot of fun! With thanks to the Cambridge Atomworks family and friends supporters for cheering them on.
