Dan leads MarcX, a business consultancy company that provides strategic advice and solutions to clients across the spectrum. He has over 30 years of industry experience, combining business and legal expertise in various roles and organisations.

Dan was previously co-Head of Traditions EMEA business, where he was also Global Head of Business Development and Strategy. 

As a qualified solicitor and a former General Counsel at Tradition and the London Stock Exchange, Dan has a deep understanding of the regulatory and legal aspects of the financial markets. He has been involved in the creation and management of innovative electronic trading platforms, such as Trad-X and ParFX, and the development and implementation of industry-wide standards and benchmarks, such as the ICE Swap Rate and the Term SONIA.

He has also contributed to the financial market industry's thought leadership and advocacy, writing publications, submissions, and op-eds, and appearing as a subject matter expert on media and events. Dan is passionate about delivering value and excellence to his clients and partners, and leveraging his extensive network and knowledge to help them achieve their goals.
