Dr Congjin Ding obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering at Grenoble-INP and North China Electric Power University, her Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering at Tsinghua University and KTH, and her PhD at CEA Cadarache and Université Grenoble Alpes. Her research focuses on fast reactor design including neutronic analysis, thermal hydraulic modelling, CFD simulation, and methods development. Congjin is experienced in numerical modelling, with particular expertise in the problem of fission product transportation and fuel behaviour applied to cladding failure detection systems in sodium cooled fast reactors..
